Burns Night Setting up - 24th January
Dear Members
We will be setting up for the Burns Night function on Friday 24th Jan from 8pm, as you can see from the list below, there is a lot to do.
I would be extremely grateful for as many people to come in and help get our club ready for the function. Many hands make light work etc.
The bar will be open, come along and see how much fun Friday’s can be.
TWYC SETTING UP FOR A FUNCTION

As you can see from the list what comes out must be put away so Sunday morning breakdowns are equally important

All your help is most appreciated.
Kind regards
Mel
