Burns Night Setting up - 24th January

Dear Members

We will be setting up for the Burns Night function on Friday 24th Jan from 8pm, as you can see from the list below, there is a lot to do.

I would be extremely grateful for as many people to come in and help get our club ready for the function. Many hands make light work etc.

The bar will be open, come along and see how much fun Friday’s can be.

Tables out of cupboard

Chairs out of cupboard

Armchairs to be used for function

Coffee tables/stools in cupboards apart from 3 tables needed for raffle

Stools in cupboard - Saturday

Lay out table and chairs as per table plan

Table cloths on tables

Cutlery  and crockery – Check with Chefs what is needed

Starters, Mains, Desserts

Serving spoons etc

Salt and pepper pots

Table numbers

Table decorations

Move pool table to double doors

Red or blue Cloth on pool table and round table

Coffee cups on round table

T. Spoons on round table

Knives for cheese

Side plates for cheese (if not needed for starter)

Small knives for cheese (if not needed for starter)

Raffle tables – under photo frame/tv

3 coffee tables, 2 stacked at back, 1 in front, red or blue cloth

As you can see from the list what comes out must be put away so Sunday morning breakdowns are equally important

Lets get together at 9.30 to put the club back together again (Hopefully Andy will make the bacon sarnies again)

All your help is most appreciated.

Kind regards
