A message from the Commodore

Good morning everyone

On behalf of the Flag Officers and Committee, I wish you all a very Happy Christmas and prosperous New Year. We hope that you will enjoy all the social events and extensive cruising included in the 2015 TWYC Programme and Linda and I look forward to seeing you in the Clubhouse and on the river over the coming year.

This year has just flown by and it does not seem long ago that I was voted in as your Commodore . I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone one of you for the

unstinting support that you have given me over the last 12 months. Linda and I have enjoyed this year immensely and I feel honoured and privileged to be voted in at the AGM as your Commodore for a second year.

In the event that you were not able to attend the AGM and receive a copy of next year’s programme, I am pleased to attach this so that you can plan your diaries well ahead.

Additionally Terry our Vice Commodore will be holding a social meeting on 1 January at 12.00 in the Clubhouse . The purpose of this meeting is to ask for volunteers to help with the social events and planning for the whole year. Everyone is welcome – the more the merrier so please come along. If you would like to help or know more then please do not hesitate to email Terry - or phone him 07989 152459.

Kindest regards

Vince Commodore
