Welcome to Windsor Yacht Club.
TWYC has its own club house located at the MDL Marina (between Windsor and Bray) on the River Thames. Our Club was founded in 1976 and has grown to a current membership of over 70 family members and some 15 individual members.
Each year, both throughout the cruising season and during the winter months the Commodore and the Committee organise a full programme of social and boating activities.
The word ‘yacht’ means a vessel propelled by sail or power and our fleet ranges from the smaller single engine craft up to the larger twin screw cruiser.
Whatever the size of your boat, working or retired, family or single you can be assured of a warm welcome.

Social Events - The club offers a wide range of organised social events, from informal evenings to casual and black tie dinner events
Training - A wealth of experience coupled with a variety of RYA Training Courses provide the newcomer and more seasoned skipper and crew with advice and guidance.
Cruising - The Club organises both non-tidal and tidal cruises, whether for a short weekend to Windsor or Hurley, for example, or a longer up river events to Abingdon or down river to London or across the English Channel.
Visiting and Membership - Visitors and members of other clubs will always be made most welcome. We also welcome new members.
The Club house will be closed for Easter due to the down river cruises. Let's hope for some sunshine!
Enjoy the cruises to St.Katharines and Burnham.
